How document volume is counted

Each uploaded file counts as one document regardless of page count. A 100-page MSA and a 3-page NDA both count as one document. Amendment chains where you upload the full package count as one document per file.

Batches processed in M&A data room mode count toward your monthly volume. If your team regularly processes 50+ document batches, reach out — we have volume pricing that scales better than the monthly caps above.

Pricing questions

Yes. We offer a 14-day pilot on the Growth tier. You bring up to 50 real agreements; we run clause extraction and risk scoring. No synthetic demo data — you see your own contracts processed. No credit card required for the pilot.

Rubric configuration is done through a YAML-based policy file or through the UI editor. You define thresholds per clause type — for example, flag any liability cap below 2x annual contract value for SaaS agreements. During onboarding we help you convert your existing playbook positions into rubric format. Most teams complete configuration in one working session.

Enterprise on-premises runs on Kubernetes. We ship a Helm chart and manage deployment with your infrastructure team. Model weights are containerized. The only outbound call is for license validation — no contract content ever leaves your environment. Minimum hardware is 4 GPU nodes (A10 or better) for full extraction throughput.

No. Customer data is processed in isolated compute environments and is never routed to shared training pipelines. Clause content is not retained after the extraction job completes unless you explicitly enable document storage. Our DPA covers this in writing for all commercial agreements.

Seat additions take effect immediately and are prorated. Document volume overages are billed at $2.20 per document on Teams and $1.80 per document on Growth. If you anticipate regular overages, contact us to discuss a volume add-on — it works out cheaper than overage pricing for anything above 30 extra documents per month.

Start with a 14-day pilot

Bring 50 agreements. We'll run the full workflow. If the extraction quality doesn't meet your standard, you pay nothing and keep the risk report.
